IN YOUR EYES
Monash University Multimedia & Digital Arts
Opens Thursday 26th November 6pm

The exhibition showcases the works of honours students currently studying Multimedia and Digital Arts.
The Honours degree provides students with the opportunity to intensively study an area of specialisation of their own choice.
Throughout the year they have refined their methods and skills and applied them across several mediums including 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, comics and interactive media.

This year, six talented individuals have grown this practice into advanced conceptual and technical specialisations. Sherry Ren and Jenny Huang have mediated personal experiences into beautiful animated stories. Akira Ishida’s manga and anime expresses a world that blends Japanese and Chinese history. Hidir Khasmuin deals with shifting realities generated by new technologies and artificial intelligence. The characters in Angela Park’s interactive story teach young children to read. Finally, Thuan Huynh’s short animated film is full of character—Sadie is a joy to watch.

Exhibition runs from 25th - 30th November
