OUR 1ST CHARITY ART AUCTION!

Come and enjoy this wonderful event! At our first charity art auction you'll find an incredibly high quality selection of original works from emerging and established artists, offering an exciting and broad spectrum of works to suit the needs and desires of every art lover, from paintings and edition prints to sculpture and more. You'll find unique gifts, be entertained by circus performers and be supporting three important communities all in one; Australian artists, Melbourne's youngest contemporary art space and our partner in this event, Westside Circus.
A generous portion of each of the art works sold will go to helping disadvantaged youth in our community through the Westside Circus program. A local community arts organisation, Westside Circus aims to provide exciting and challenging programs for people between the ages of 3 and 25 to build confidence, promote personal wellbeing and create positive relationships both with peers and the community. The night will be head by auctioneer extraordinaire Trevor Gager, from ArtsHub, with Westside Circus providing entertainment during the preview to demonstrate their ideas and strength of commitment to the community and the arts.
This is a fantastic collaboration between two local organisations, who both provide spaces to individuals to express and promote themselves through innovative art streams. It gives the wider community an opportunity to buy original art from local and national artists, while seeing the cultivation of innovative artistic expression by young individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. This will be a fun night of entertainment and shared significance.
